Getting here was the hardest part

Waitlists, reports you can't decode, the feeling of doing this alone. We start with your child, not with the diagnosis: every decision gets explained in plain language, at a pace your family can sustain.

Getting started

Four steps, no fine print

  1. Free consultation

20 minutes by phone or video to listen, answer questions and see whether we're the right fit.

  2. Eligibility check

We make the calls and put in writing what your plan covers and what you would pay.

  3. BCBA assessment

We meet your child, measure skills and priorities, and write the treatment plan together with you.

  4. Therapy begins

We match the right RBT, start sessions and review the data with you every month.

At home

Where your child already feels safe

Much of the plan is worked inside the real routine: meals, bath time, play, siblings. The learning stays where life actually happens, not in a room apart.

Our approach

Modern ABA: assent-based, playful, respectful

  • Assent-based

We teach your child to say no — and we honor it. A child who feels safe learns faster and generalizes better.

  • Learning through play

We use naturalistic teaching inside play and daily routines, not just table time and flashcards.

  • Communication first

Our priority is that your child can request, refuse and tell you what's happening — through speech, signs or AAC.

  • Data you can understand

We measure everything, then explain it plainly: what improved, what stalled and what we're changing this month.

  • The family is the team

Nothing works 40 hours a week if it doesn't work at home. We coach parents and siblings from week one.

  • Neuro-affirming

We're not trying to make your child look like someone else. We're after more independence, less frustration and a happier life.

Who we are

Behavior analysts who actually call you back

Every case is led by a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) who supervises the RBT team in session — not just on paper.

  • BCBABoard certified behavior analysts
  • RBTRegistered technicians with weekly supervision
  • Ongoing training in ethics and compassionate care
  • Bilingual Spanish / English team

Families who aren't doing this alone

  • In three months my son went from pointing to asking with words. But what I'm most grateful for is finally understanding what we're doing and why.

    Mother of a 4-year-old
  • They explained the insurance in writing, no surprises. And the RBT they matched us with has been with us for a year — that continuity changed everything.

    Father of a 6-year-old
  • Mornings used to be a battle. Now he gets dressed on his own and arrives at school calm. It sounds small; for us it was enormous.

Questions we get every week

Do I need a diagnosis to start?

To bill insurance you usually do need a diagnosis from a physician or psychologist. If you don't have one yet, we'll walk you through how to get it in your area during the free consultation.

How many therapy hours does my child need?

It depends on the assessment, not on a formula. Focused programs run 10–15 hours a week; comprehensive programs 25–35. The recommendation always comes with written clinical justification.

How long before we start?

The consultation is usually within 48 hours. The assessment depends on insurance authorization, typically 2 to 4 weeks. We keep you posted at every step.

Can I be present during sessions?

Yes — we prefer it. Parent training is part of the program from the first month.

Do you provide services in Spanish?

Yes. The whole team is bilingual and reports are delivered in whichever language the family prefers.

What if my child doesn't want to participate?

That's information, not a problem. We adjust the reinforcer, the activity or the pace. We never force participation.
