Our approach
How we work, which principles we don't negotiate and what you can expect from us each week.
Modern ABA: assent-based, playful, respectful
Therapy only works when the child wants to take part. That's why we build on assent and connection, not compliance.
Assent-based
We teach your child to say no — and we honor it. A child who feels safe learns faster and generalizes better.
Learning through play
We use naturalistic teaching inside play and daily routines, not just table time and flashcards.
Communication first
Our priority is that your child can request, refuse and tell you what's happening — through speech, signs or AAC.
Data you can understand
We measure everything, then explain it plainly: what improved, what stalled and what we're changing this month.
The family is the team
Nothing works 40 hours a week if it doesn't work at home. We coach parents and siblings from week one.
Neuro-affirming
We're not trying to make your child look like someone else. We're after more independence, less frustration and a happier life.
Four steps, no fine print
You always know what comes next and how long it usually takes.
Free consultation
20 minutes by phone or video to listen, answer questions and see whether we're the right fit.
Eligibility check
We make the calls and put in writing what your plan covers and what you would pay.
BCBA assessment
We meet your child, measure skills and priorities, and write the treatment plan together with you.
Therapy begins
We match the right RBT, start sessions and review the data with you every month.
Start with a conversation, not a contract
Tell us what's happening at home. The first consultation is free, takes 20 minutes and commits you to nothing.
